Overview

This qualification is currently only available as a VETDSS course.

Through this program, you’ll gain invaluable insights into the dynamics of the community services sector and cultivate ethical practices integral to your role. Moreover, you’ll develop a versatile skill set encompassing communication proficiency, adept information management, administrative support capabilities, a strong sense of cultural and social awareness and the ability to provide support to members of the community.

Upon completion, you’ll emerge equipped not only to contribute meaningfully to community development but also to navigate the complexities of community services with confidence and professionalism.

Note – to complete the certificate, students must complete all of the course units.

Upon completing this course, students can continue on to CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services, explore further study in the Community Services and adjacent areas or seek employment within the community services sector.
