These are community courses for people who want to engage with others in the community while learning new skills and having fun.

Nothing beats that warm fuzzy feeling of gifting something you’ve created with love and kindness. Crochet for yourself or for a cause.  Come along for a session or every week.  No matter what age you are you can, you can support others or learn from experienced knitters and meet new friends.

Our mature adults support and social group undertake a variety of activities from crafts, outings and special events. New participants are always welcome. It’s a great way to make new friends in our community.

This course is for beginners and continuing students. Beginners will first learn the amazing art of flower making using modelling paste before moving on to novelty, birthday and wedding cakes.

A materials list is available on enrolment. Starter kit $10.00 is payable to the tutor during the first class. Additional material and equipment needed for the next class will be notified by the tutor.

Congratulations to you if you have just started a family or if you are new doting Grandparents with a new career in babysitting!

All parents, grandparents or babysitters of new born babies and young toddlers should be equipped to deal with any medical emergency that may occur with your young child whilst waiting for medical help to arrive. Learn how to do CPR on Babies and Children. Practice with an AED for children or how to manage if a child is chocking. Our course will give you confidence to act promptly in the event of a situation occurring. Question time for childhood illness will be included.

Learn to make a real personalized card from your phone. Kay will teach you how to use your photos and send cards to anywhere in the world. She will show you how simple sending postcards, special event and holiday cards can be. On the night included will be a free card for you to send. It is a fun workshop and so very creative.

Brilliant for people traveling to send photos cards back home, it is even simple for older adults to use. Just come and look, no contracts, only pay when you send a card. Participants will need to BYO phone.

Samba is love, Samba is life. Originating in Brazil, Samba itself is a melting pot of different sub genres, but this class primarily will be focused on Rio Samba. This style of Samba is very show girl, very carnivale, and elegant. This is an open class where we will explore Samba basic technique and styling, with a little bit of choreography thrown in.  For bookings, contact Kristina on 0421 949 906.
