Foundation College

Literacy programs include English reading, writing, communication and basic maths. These classes are for people who are keen to improve their English and basic maths skills in order to find work, enrol in further study or be more involved in community life.

If English is not your first language, these classes can help you to learn and practice English.

If English is your first language, these classes can help you to build your reading, writing and communication and conversation skills.

Concessions are available to card holders for these programs.

Especially for people with disabilities, this class helps students to learn and develop practical reading, writing, communication, numeracy and basic computer skills for use in the community, employment and everyday life.

Would you like to learn reading, writing, speaking and listening skills at intermediate and beginners’ level? This class will help you to learn these skills which will help with everyday life activities, preparing for formal training and seeking employment.

Date/Time: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:15am – 2:45pm

Are you planning to take your citizenship test? Join our friendly program and study with others. Working together will give you the best chance of preparing for your test. Participants will have the opportunity to complete helpful program activities and online practice tests based on the Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond resource book. A good level of English language is required to participate in this program.
