SITHFAB021 Responsible Service of Alcohol Training
The RSA program covers a range of topics including:
- problems associated with excessive consumption alcohol and the law
- the question of who is responsible for RSA
- facts about alcohol
- improving the atmosphere of your premises
- handling difficult customers
- All new staff will have one month from the date they are involved in the supply of alcohol to attend a Victorian approved RSA course.

Has your certificate nearly run out? This one day workshop is for renewing your certificate. It enables you to refresh your knowledge and demonstrate you have the required competencies. Please produce your previous certificate at the commencement of this course.
